The Role
First and foremost, you’ll be responsible for the successful running and management of the Redhill office, where the majority of our group functions and Pentasia recruitment colleagues work. You’ll be the first point of contact for all premises queries, including correspondence, complaints and resolving maintenance issues. You’ll work closely with the Office Manager for the main building to ensure our lease is being upheld and maintenance and health & safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
In addition to managing the office, you’ll support the legal & compliance team up to two days per week with maintaining the insurance register and onboarding requests. This is a highly administrative aspect of the role which will require strong levels of attention to detail.
Lastly but not least, you’ll be responsible for overseeing travel bookings globally. Rolling out a new system and process for reviewing and approving business travel bookings before making them yourself. You’ll be the central person for making and confirming travel bookings and reporting on costs to help the commercial office assess the return on investment (ROI) of business travel.
What do we want from you?
We’re looking for a dynamic individual, who’s able to physically come to the office five days a week, and personable with their colleagues, partners and third parties alike. You’ll be a self-starter who can manage their own time effectively. Ruthless prioritisation and managing stakeholders expectations will be required in this role as you’ll be working across departments and may find you have multiple people who want multiple things from you at once!
The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. You’ll be outgoing and confident interacting with people of all levels and backgrounds and be willing to share ideas or suggestions on how processes can be improved, automated and successfully adopted.
