As the new Head of Community Safety, you will be responsible for the effective leadership and delivery of Community Safety services, including Anti-Social Behaviour, Environmental Crime, CCTV services, Civil Parking Enforcement, and the local aspects of the Contest and Prevent national strategies.
This role offers the chance to make a real difference in Darlington. You will work closely with our partners, including the police and neighbouring authorities, building strong relationships that support community resilience and promote safety across the borough. Therefore, you will require the proven credentials to build relationships with key stakeholders and organisations across the borough and wider region.
This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative individual with the right experience, skills, and knowledge, and a proven track record of delivery in a Community Safety field.
