Home-based with travel
Associate rates: up to £70/hour depending on experience

Overview:
Compass Associates is working with a well-established, national provider of case management and Expert Witness services, to recruit Experienced Case Managers across the UK.
Opportunities are available in both the Catastrophic Injuries and Rehabilitation/Multi-Track Case Management Divisions, based on your clinical experience and specialization. You will manage a caseload of children and/or adults with complex rehabilitation needs or life-changing injuries due to traumatic or acquired brain injuries, clinical negligence, birth trauma, spinal cord injuries, or orthopedic injuries.
This is a home-based role involving travel to visit clients, families, solicitors, and care teams within your geographical area. For minor injury cases, some reviews may be conducted over the phone or via video call.
Contracts Available:
Both employed and associate contracts are available, with a minimum of 3 days/week required.
Salaries/Rates (dependent on experience):
* Associate Case Managers: up to £70/hour
* Must have experience as a Case Manager, either within an NHS Spinal Centre or in the medico-legal/case management sector
* Experience with clients (adults or children) with complex injuries, including multi-trauma, orthopedic injuries, or catastrophic brain/spinal cord injuries
* Qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Speech & Language Therapist, Social Worker, Sports Therapist, or Social Worker
* Current registration with HCPC, SWE, or NMC
* UK driving license and own vehicle
Location:
Home-based, with travel to client locations depending on your home location, specialization, and referrals, generally within 2 hours of your residence.

Interview Process:
Two-stage process:
* Informal phone/Teams call with the MD or Operations Manager
* Formal interview with two Operations Managers, including competency questions and a case study
