The Role
As a HRIS Workday Associate, you will support the optimization of our HR Workday systems, process automation, and data analytics via improved and continuing configurations. You will join a Talent Operations team that oversees the functional development of Workday and directly influence the growth and development of the company as you support building sustainable and scalable processes, provide technical guidance, configure new features, troubleshoot system issues, and generate advanced reports. You will work closely with our collaborative Talent Team (Talent Acquisition, Talent Partners, Learning & Organizational Development, Talent Operations) and other teams across the company to provide the right technical solutions to fit their needs.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with regression testing, controls, and documentation alongside the release of any new functionality or changes to the current configuration environment.
* Act as the primary contact for daily technical and operational support related to Workday.
* Assist with all system queries and issue resolution.
* Maintain system business processes and security.
* Establish appropriate auditing and monitoring of HR data to ensure accuracy.
* Design, develop, and maintain simple and complex reports and dashboards to support the business.
* Maintain existing integrations and assist in the design of new integrations for any add-on technology to our HRIS as needed.
* Assist with various cyclical processes such as merit, bonus, performance management, benefits open enrollment, and total rewards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* Proven experience configuring and maintaining Workday, with emphasis on modules such as Reporting and Advanced Compensation.
* Strong understanding of Workday system design, configuration, and administration.
* Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and analyze data.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills and the ability to explain complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
* Ability to learn technology quickly through both instruction and self-training/research, investigation of complex issues, and lifecycle testing.
