THE POSITION
We currently have a position available for Casual Car Park Attendants working on a rotating roster at the South Wharf Retail and Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre Car Parks. Reporting to the Car Park Manager, this exciting role will expose you to all aspects of car park operations within the vicinity, focusing on friendly and efficient customer service. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the car parks on-site, providing a great customer experience to the large volume of customers who use the car parks.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. Previous customer service experience (ideally in retail environments, call centre operations, or other customer service industries);
2. Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service;
3. Eligibility to work in Australia;
4. Full Australian Driver's licence with excellent driving skills;
5. Experience working in a busy environment;
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
7. A willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Candidates will be required to complete a national police check.
In addition to standard Award Employment Conditions, you will receive uniforms, appropriate training, and free parking when working.
