Business Analyst - HR (Workday Pay Data Expansion Project)

Our global life sciences client is looking for a Business Analyst to join them on a 4-month contract basis. You will be working on a project focused on expanding the usage of allowances and one-time payments in Workday.
This role will play a key part in enhancing their HR processes, improving user experience, and increasing standardization across their global operations.
Accountabilities:
* Collect and consolidate data from various countries regarding current allowances and one-time payment practices
* Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement and standardization
* Assist the Process Lead in developing design principles for the future state process
* Develop detailed test plans and test cases for new functionalities
* Liaise between technical teams, HR operations, and business stakeholders
* Maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and process maps
* Support design and implementation of mechanisms and analysis to track post-implementation process metrics
Required Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field
* 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in HR technology projects
* Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in process mapping and requirements gathering techniques
Preferred Experience:
* Experience with global HR projects involving multiple countries and regions
* Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
* Familiarity with HR processes, particularly in compensation and payroll areas
