Role: Operations Coordinator Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 Location: Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield Monday to Friday, full-time (Permanent) As the Operations Coordinator, you will: Onboard and integrate new employees seamlessly into our team. Lead and manage all operational aspects in the absence of the Managing Director. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs ) to ensure consistency and efficiency. Monitor and maintain training records, organising employee training as needed. Track performance and productivity through KPIs and timesheets. Implement and improve processes to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Analyse and summarise monthly reports to provide actionable insights. Motivate and inspire employees to maintain high standards of quality control and customer service. Engage in both tactical and strategic activities to support business growth. Perform additional duties as required to support business needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in operations or a similar role.
