The Role
As the Head of Account Management, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, managing key client relationships, and driving commercial success across the WealthTech division. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a blend of client relationship management, business development, and operational oversight to ensure continued growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of account managers, ensuring a client-first approach and high engagement levels
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring they maximise the value of the company's solutions
* Develop and execute strategies to drive retention, growth, and cross-selling opportunities across the wealth management sector
* Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product, sales, and technology teams, to align solutions with client needs
* Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial agreements to drive revenue growth
* Monitor market trends and client feedback to contribute to product development and innovation strategies
* Provide leadership in enhancing the customer experience and optimising client service models
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in an account management leadership role within WealthTech, fintech, investment technology, or financial services
* Deep understanding of wealth management, portfolio analytics, and investment data solutions
* Strong track record in managing senior client relationships and driving revenue growth
* Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people management skills
* Commercially driven, with experience in contract negotiation and strategic account planning
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence key stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
