SF Recruitment are working with a client in Burton-Upon-Trent who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. This is a role to support heavily with the Purchase Ledger with also some elements of Credit Control, and you'll be working in a diverse role. This role is full time with hybrid working two days per week, and offers an fantastic benefits package. As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for - - Process and manage transactions for key accounts. Act as the primary finance contact for these accounts, ensuring accurate and timely service whilst nurturing strong relationships. - Oversee the processing of guarantee contract payments and reconciliations. - Review contract notifications regularly to ensure accurate and up to date accounts. - Manage the key accounts issuing monthly statements and resolving any queries, assist with the onboarding of the ledger to help maintain account control. - Supervise the debtor accounts, escalating issues to the finance manager as needed. - Perform and manage Worldpay bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and addressing any discrepancies.
