Your new role:
I'm currently working with a leading tax advisory practice in the UK who are looking to expand in Glasgow. A well known and growing firm they provide a range of tax advisory services to OMBs and large groups across the UK.
You'll be joining a newly created Glasgow office and assist the wider team with a variety of tax advisory matters.

Your new role:
* As a Corporate Tax Advisory Manager you will get involved in a range of tax advisory including M&A, Mergers, Demergers, Restructuring, Due Diligence, Succession Planning, EMI Scheme, and Share Schemes.
* Due to the variety of advisory work the above work will be tailored around your experience and skill set
* You'll work with a wider team across the UK and support with the development of the Glasgow office through networking and business development activities.
What do you need to be successful?
* ACA / ACCA / ATT / CTA qualified
* Experience working in corporate tax compliance or advisory
* Big 4 / Top 10 experience is welcomed (a lot of the team are ex big firm)
* M&A experience is desirable but not essential
* Desire to work on corporate tax advisory projects
