The Role
1. Precision machining & fabrication - operating lathes, milling machines, and other workshop tools.
2. Assembly & system integration - working with mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
3. Testing & fault-finding - diagnosing and resolving issues in engineering systems.
4. Maintenance & repair - ensuring equipment and machinery are in full working order.
5. Technical documentation - interpreting engineering drawings and contributing to process improvements.
What We're Looking For
1. Hands-on experience with manual machining (lathes, mills, drills, etc.).
2. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. A willingness to learn new skills across multiple engineering disciplines.
