Job Description Supervise, develop, and coach employees to build and maintain good relationships with third party management teams. Continuous improvement via systemic change based on data and root cause (i.e. Data analysis and improvement / correction plans) Ownership and control of all quality related issues on their site/shift. Drive a zero-harm culture within the site/shift. Conduct tours in the 1-CHEP Management Observation Tool (MOT) Lead root cause analysis of all incidents that happen on shift. Recognise change as necessary and willingly share knowledge across business areas. Adapt and learn in new situations. Control Yard and Warehouse movements delegating relevant tasks to FLT drivers bearing in mind warehouse needs. Hold daily shift briefs and report plant KPIs. Monitor and ensure consistent, timely responses to all relating to zero harm and production KPI. Owning the controls on safety, quality, production. Assist in monitoring of employee’s holidays in compliance with the holiday policy booking system. Monitor and ensure consistent, timely responses to all relating to zero harm and production.
