Our client are looking for a dynamic and strategic **Marketing Manager** to take charge of their marketing requirements and drive the brand forward. This role requires a hands-on, proactive individual who can elevate the clients brand presence and engage with customers across multiple platforms. You will play a crucial part in shaping the future of the marketing strategy, utilizing a mix of creative and analytical skills to maximise results.
Your main duties will include the following, along with other tasks reflected by business needs:
* **Strategic Planning:** Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth. Align campaigns with the companys overall message, Experience: Design, Develop, Deliver, and ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels
* **Campaign Management:** Oversee the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event marketing. Focus on lead generation, brand positioning, and customer engagement, ensuring content resonates with key audiences (e.g., architects, contractors, and clients in the construction industry). You will be expected to attend any campaigns held within the clients London showroom
* **Digital Marketing:** Lead the development of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content creation. Leverage platforms like LinkedIn and explore emerging trends, incorporating modern engagement techniques to create impactful marketing materials
* **Content Creation:** Create or oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including brochures, case studies, videos, presentations, and online materials. Develop a robust strategy for gathering and utilising visual content from various company locations, including our showroom and other offices
* **Event Marketing:** Collaborate on the organisation and promotion of events, such as CPD sessions, trade shows, and showroom showcases, to highlight the company's innovative and sustainable solutions. Engage key partners and clients through effective event marketing strategies. You will be expected to attend any events held within the London showroom.
* **Brand Management:** Uphold and enhance the company brand, ensuring it accurately represents the clients values of Embrace Change, Integrity, Go Beyond, Upbeat and Positive, and Commitment to Growth
* **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Innovation, and Specifications, to align marketing efforts with business goals. Coordinate with the Specification Assistant on activities that contribute to lead generation, such as CPD bookings and follow-ups
* **Analytics & Reporting:** Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement. Utilise tools for campaign tracking and reporting
**Skills and Competency:**
* Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally within the construction, design, or manufacturing sector
* Strong digital marketing skills, including content creation, SEO, and social media strategy
* Experience in event marketing and coordinating client engagement activities
* Ability to work with data and analytics to measure success and drive informed decisions
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to various audiences
* Strong leadership qualities, capable of motivating a team and driving a collaborative culture
* Proficiency with marketing tools
