Job Duties:
* Provide tutoring in English and Maths subjects at GCSE level
* Work with students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Create personalised learning plans to support individual student needs
* Monitor and assess student progress regularly
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Specialist knowledge in English and Maths subjects at GCSE level
* Experience working with students with SEMH needs
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching/tutoring role
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of SEMH and its impact on learning
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Effective classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional training or certification in Special Education Needs (SEN)
* Experience in using technology for teaching and learning
Working Conditions:
* Work in a learners home setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
