Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 plus service charge

An Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for assisting with managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines.
What will I be doing?
As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing operations of Food and Beverage outlets
* Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service
* Recruiting, managing, training, and developing the team
* Assisting with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility
* Managing guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
* Working within budgeted guidelines
* Assisting in setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
* Developing menus with other members of the Food and Beverage team
* Being accountable for monthly stock takes
* Incentivising team members to maximize sales and revenue
* Deputising for the Food and Beverage manager in their absence
* Complying with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
* Assisting other departments wherever necessary and maintaining good working relationships
