Contechs are currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Whitley who are seeking a Customer Service Lead to join their team.
Position Description
Our Client is looking for a Customer Service Lead who holds subject matter expertise in Customer Service processes, with a broader appreciation of Project management principles. The candidate will focus predominantly on the SAP ECC (ERP Central Component) system & RPOS (Retailers Parts Ordering System) portal, responsible for implementing and deploying the new customer services processes that will support and integrate with Client operations. The role focuses heavily on embedding and transitioning the new solution to our Client and the 3PLs Business Teams.
Skills Required:
1. Customer Service knowledge in Automotive Industry
2. Supply Chain knowledge in Aftermarket Automotive Industry
3. Strong analytical skills to execute root cause analysis on complex data
4. Identify how one issue can impact another and implement required interventions
5. Effectively present complex data & issues to a varied audience, including senior stakeholders
6. Act as a translator between IT & Business
Experience Required:
1. A strong working knowledge of a Customer Services operation and key areas within the supply chain & logistics business
2. Adaptable to a rapidly evolving and fast-paced environment whilst displaying positivity, agility, and resilience
3. Well organized and process-oriented with great attention to detail
4. Strong communication and influencing skills
5. Ability to hold self and others accountable
6. Consistently demonstrates Customer First Principles
7. Confident communicator with an outgoing nature
8. Strong working knowledge of Automotive Aftermarket Customer Service processes
9. Knowledge of the wider Client Aftermarket parts business and functions
10. Knowledge of SAP (ECC)
