Atlas Professionals are currently recruiting for a Workpack Engineer for one of our clients based in Aberdeen. Ideally we are looking for candidates with 2-4 years experience in a Workpack Engineer role or equivalent, however, graduates will also be considered. Key Responsibilities: Authoring and compilation of construction workpacks. • Production of jobcards. • Production of method statements. Production of weight control data sheets. Interfacing with design team and Onshore Construction Team to optimise build sequence and commissioning sequence. Interfacing with Onshore Construction Team to ensure all items required for construction readiness are clearly identified within the workpack. Ensure all aspects of the Statement of Requirement (SOR) and Scope of Work (SOW) are addressed within the workpack. To provide technical input during design phase, with an emphasis on constructability of the design. Identify increase or reduction in scope, raising the necessary support documentation within the Change Management process. To generate the estimated construction manhours and costs for construction scopes, materials and equipment into Project CTR.s. To interface with QHSE Engineer to ensure all necessary safety content is contained within the workpack. To provide technical, ethical, professional leadership, support and mentoring within the discipline team. To respect colleagues, clients and subcontractors at all levels, dealing with any dispute or conflict in a professional and personable manner.
