BDS are recruiting for a strong Administrator to work within a well-known Housing Association based within their Stockport Office, SK1 The main focus of the role will be to provide support on admin based tasks such as; Answering correspondence via telephone, email and letter Ensuring documents are collated and filed correctly Liasing with different departments and third parties Managing mailboxes and incoming contacts The ideal candidate will; Have strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Show outstanding customer service skills Have the ability to handle confidential and/or sensitive issues with discretion and tact Be proactive and able to work form their own initiative Hours; Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm This is a fully office-based role Pay rate; £13.15ph PAYE- £16.48ph UMB Apply now for immediate consideration
