As an HR Advisor who is enthusiastic and proactive with regards to Employee Relations, you'll play a key role in supporting the managers with regards to HR and ER issues Key Responsibilities: Hold HR upskilling sessions to support staff. Developing and implementing workshops for Managers Supporting performance processes, and assist managers in employee development plans Overseeing policies such as absences, maternity, paternity, shared parental leave, pension’s queries, flexible working etc. About you Experience in providing ER advice Relevant HR qualification The ability to maintain confidentiality and trust of employees Strong communicator with proven customer service skills Experience using Word, Outlook and Excel The ability to critically analyse and review masses of data Experience in identifying trends and analysis Experience in using corporate systems Due to the very high number of applications, we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
