We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our client based in Swindon.
Key responsibilities:
1. Deliver a great experience for customers in for servicing and repairs
2. Booking services
3. Communicating any required repairs to customers
4. Work collaboratively with the Workshop team to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales
Essential Qualifications:
1. Experience of working in a Service department in a franchised dealership
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Kerridge
3. Familiarity of warranty procedures would be advantageous but not essential
