Job summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our project delivery team. This is a critical role to ensuring delivery of digital transformation and change projects across our customers in the healthcare setting. Main duties of the job To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience leading complex projects within healthcare or a similar regulated environment. You will have knowledge of digital transformation, as well as a thorough understanding of the structure of the acute, community and wider health care sector. You will have a wide variety of skills in communication, business analysis and project management and will possess an ability to operate effectively with both technical and clinical staff. You will need to have a proven track record of picking up projects quickly and be flexible enough to work with a range of competing priorities. You will need to have an enthusiastic approach and be able to work in a results-oriented team. Does this sound like you? Experience Essential Project planning across multiple and complex programmes with experience of using Microsoft Project. Experience and/or knowledge of the NHS, including strategic priorities. Demonstrable experience of deploying a large scale digital transformational project. Experience of leading project teams within complex projects and driving delivery within a change environment.
