FIELD BASED LOCATION
* The role is field based / working from home.
* Typical diary pattern combining virtual meetings and on site meetings at customer and company offices / sites.
* Whilst we have listed the location for the role as Milton Keynes, your home location could be anywhere between the M4 corridor in the south to the M62 corridor in the north.
ROLE PURPOSE
The core purpose of this role is to:
* Lead the day to day account management of a portfolio of accounts with a focus on both service delivery and extension selling.
* Manage all aspects of the commercial client relationships and delivery across all services provided.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Great performance in the role will need a comprehensive skillset and demonstration of skills and experience to deliver:
* Working with key stakeholders within each customer and internally to maximise client satisfaction and retention.
* Integration of new services being provided to customers, from customer sign off to deployment.
* Creating, maintaining and reporting on development plans for the customer portfolio, identifying areas of potential growth and where any threats to account loss exist.
* Influence of both internal and external resources at a senior level.
* Management of all volume / financial / service KPI’s.
THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The right person for this role will have all of the following skills, knowledge, experience and attitude:
* A minimum of 3 years experience in account management roles for a provider of B2B services that are either vehicle fleet management solutions, vehicle fleet contract hire/leasing, rental, accident management, facilities management or other B2B services.
* Client driven with a proven record of accomplishment in building long-term relationships, account retention and account growth.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills required – both internal, and external.
* Proven in the ability to manage multiple relatively complex, inter-related, group services to clients of significant size.
* Ability to anticipate and spot client issues or service delivery problems as they arise and before they become visible or significant.
* Ability to remain positive/enthusiastic and ‘can do’ focused at all times.
* Proven record of operating as part of a team to deliver excellent client service, whilst demonstrating the capability to work independently.
REMUNERATION
* Salary in range £55-60k.
* Uncapped bonus scheme delivering circa £10-15k at target level.
* Choice of Car or Car Allowance.
* Pension.
* Healthcare.
