Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: £28,500

Our client is searching for a tech-savvy problem solver to play a pivotal role in their daily operations. If you are passionate about delivering top-notch IT support and ensuring clients' needs are met with precision and efficiency, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
1. Providing expert IT support - answering calls, raising tickets, and resolving 2nd line technical issues.
2. Guiding and mentoring 1st Line Analysts & Field Engineers.
3. Investigating & escalating incidents to 3rd line where needed.
4. Ensuring seamless client communication and managing expectations.
5. Collaborating with the wider IT team to improve processes and service delivery.
6. Staying ahead of the game by continuously improving your technical knowledge.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Microsoft 365 Certified
2. Modern desktop administrator associate MD102
3. 365 fundamentals MS900
4. Azure fundamentals AZ900
5. Relevant IT qualification or working towards a qualification for example NVQ Diploma or Degree
