Are you open to an exciting new home sales role with a top developer? A leading housebuilder is looking for an experienced new home sales expert to join their fantastic team at a beautiful site. This opportunity is perfect for someone that’s sales focused - ready to get on site, grab the bull by the horns and get selling – and can commit to delivering a 5 customer journey. You will be part of the Sales and Marketing team reporting directly to the Sales Manager. You will be expected to work weekends due to the nature of the role, with Tuesday and Wednesday as your days off. You will be earning a competitive salary of up to £28,000 with uncapped commission - this will be based on your sales, IFAs, customer satisfaction surveys, and recommending solicitors. Additionally, this role is offering a £15,000 bonus To be suitable for this role, you will already be an experienced Sales Negotiator who has a background and demonstrable history in this role for a house builder. Responsibilities include: Meeting and greeting customers on site Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements Dealing with incoming sales enquiries Taking customers on viewings Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales Ensuring the sales suite is presentable Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.
