TEAM PROFILE
You will join the Creditsafe Group Marketing team, which includes professionals specialising in product marketing, digital, design, and content. In this role, you will collaborate with Product and Data teams across the Creditsafe Group to develop and execute strategies throughout the lifecycle of our solutions. Additionally, you will provide expertise and support to local sales and marketing teams in each of Creditsafe’s 15 international locations.
JOB PROFILE
Creditsafe’s solutions are developed from an extensive universe of business intelligence, software services and analytical services. As a Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the GTM (Go-To-Market), promotion and effective communication of these solutions both internally and externally to our clients and prospects across the globe.
You must be an expert on the company’s products to enable you to inform customers and prospects of their value and benefits.The Product Marketing Manager will conduct thorough market research on competitors, industry landscape and our customers to gain key insights and knowledge on how to make our product offerings a better fit for the market. The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate very closely with the Sales teams to educate them on our product offerings and to monitor the sales and revenue these products bring in.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collaborate and align with product, sales and local marketing teams to develop strategies for launching and promoting new Creditsafe product, data and service offerings.
* Identify target audience and define coherent value propositions for each offering.
* Build strong relationships with product managers to understand product strategy, develop key customer narratives, and define compelling use cases.
* Build strong relationships with local marketing and content teams to support localised marketing communication requirements and develop clear lines of communication to maximise effectiveness and quality of launches in local markets.
* Partner with Creditsafe sales org to ensure account managers have the required customer, market and product knowledge to confidently and effectively drive revenue across all our solutions.
* Ongoing competitor and customer research to produce actionable insights that add value to both sales and marketing strategies.
* Coherent and persistent internal communication to ensure relevant stakeholders engage with product, data and service releases and updates.
* Develop and keep up to date the copy, stats and visuals in sales tools and marketing collateral.
**Please note that the responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive and the Service Delivery Team Leader may be requested to perform additional duties / take on additional responsibilities deemed reasonable by their direct line manager.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Dynamic communicator capable of disseminating information to all key stakeholders across Group and local country marketing, sales and product teams.
* Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks that deliver personal success whilst contributing to Creditsafe’s broader company objectives.
* Ability to write in a way that clearly articulates our unique product value propositions while at the same time following the Creditsafe tone of voice guidelines.
* Strong desire to learn and acquire a complete understanding of all Creditsafe solutions to become a reliable source of knowledge and expertise internally.
* Educated to degree level in Business (marketing degree would be an advantage) with a minimum of 2-3 years relevant product marketing experience working in the tech sector.
* Having previous experience working with local country marketing teams to coordinate and develop effective Go-To-Market plans across multiple geographies would be an advantage.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics, Adobe Experience Manager and Marketo an advantage.
