Support Consultant (D365 Business Central)

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our client's dynamic team of consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional solutions and support to customers, ensuring they get the most value from their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central investment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Workshops: Facilitate workshops with customers to understand their business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Solution Design: Interpret customer needs and translate them into clear, actionable solution design documents.
* Support Ticket Analysis: Troubleshoot and analyze customer support tickets, providing timely resolutions.
* Solution Delivery: Implement and deliver tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the broader Power Platform suite.
* Data Migration: Lead the data migration process to Business Central, ensuring a smooth transition.
* Training & Enablement: Provide customer-facing training on Business Central, empowering users to maximize product usage through structured and easy-to-understand sessions.
* Project Support: Assist consultants with project delivery, including a range of tasks to ensure successful implementation.
* Service Management: Monitor and manage service levels in line with the contract, identifying opportunities for further Business Central enhancements when appropriate.
* First-Line Support: Provide first-line support for Business Central users, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
* System Maintenance: Assist with system updates and regular maintenance activities, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted service.
* Documentation: Keep clear records of support activities and solutions, ensuring knowledge is captured and shared across teams.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to resolve issues and optimize service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
* Proven ability to deliver workshops, training, and solution design in a customer-facing role.
* Experience with data migration beneficial
* Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in resolving complex customer queries.
* Analytical approach
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team to ensure successful project delivery.
* A proactive and professional approach to customer service, particularly during and after system implementation.
In return, my client can offer the successful Business Central Support Consultant a salary of £35,000-£50,000 depending on experience and the opportunity for flexible hybrid working to suit you.
