Come join the revolution Job Description Administrative duties relating to events including office duties and data entry Confidently manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining an exceptional quality of work Event coordination - providing support to stakeholders on the logistics both internal and external events Attending a weekly meeting where the details of all meetings / conferences / events are communicated to the Operations /Catering Team. Work in partnership with all service providers (cleaning, security and facility team) to deliver events successfully. End to end coordination for all aspects regarding high profile and large events on the day. We are seeking a individuals who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the role while sharing their knowledge and experience.
