Priory Wellbeing Centre Oxford is located right in the heart of Oxford’s city centre, providing easy access to exceptional outpatient treatment for a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, stress, eating disorders, and addictions, as well as a dedicated young people’s service. We are based on the top floor of a bright and airy building, ensuring privacy and comfort for our patients, with flexible evening and weekend appointments available to enable even the busiest individuals to access the mental health support they need.
Our Wellbeing Centre is open from 08:00 to 20:30 hours, predominantly Monday to Friday; therefore, there will be some flexibility in terms of working hours.
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Deputy Clinic Manager to join our management team. The primary function of this role is to manage the site's administration team and all day-to-day activities associated with it. This includes, but is not limited to:
1. Diary management
2. Billing
3. Handling referrals
4. Customer service, including handling complaints
5. Managing the waiting list
6. Responding to internal and external communication
7. Chasing debts and managing petty cash
8. Overseeing staff appraisals
Reporting to the Wellbeing Centre Manager, the Deputy Manager will also be expected to support and provide cover for the Centre Manager where required.
To apply, you must have:
1. Experience in a Senior Admin or Management role
2. Good knowledge of the different elements of running the site (budgets/recruitment, etc.)
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Competent use and knowledge of IT systems, databases, and accurate keyboard skills
5. Extended knowledge of Microsoft packages, as all daily information and tasks are retained for auditing and reports
6. Previous administration experience, preferably in healthcare or a similar field
7. Attention to detail is essential

You will receive training, support, and guidance to enable you to feel confident and comfortable in your role. As part of this, you will need to complete some bespoke online and face-to-face training, including first aid, safeguarding, and breakaway training.
You will also need to complete an enhanced DBS check.
