The school is a specialist provision catering for children and young people from the age of 4 to 16 with Special Educational Needs within the areas of Communication and Interaction, Cognition and Learning and Sensory and/or Physical needs.
About the role:
The school is offering successful candidates the choice of Key Stage that they will be teaching. These include Early Years, Key Stage 1 and 2.
As a Special Educational Needs Teacher you will be responsible for the day to day running of classes, your role will include:
* To teach a small group of SEND pupils with a range of learning differences.
* Be a positive and proactive addition to the school
* Working 1-1 with pupils who require additional support
* Utilising the facilities and resources available
* Manage behaviour and maintain a inclusive learning environment
* Mark work and report to parents and carers about their children's progress
