We have a fantastic 6-month opportunity for an IT Support Coordinator to join our Unified Communications Team. This dedicated team offers service and support to our employees and Partnership with variety of communication Services, like Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Responsibilities: Deliver a high level of customer services to the end user Administration and support of our telephony, contact centre and audiovisual conferencing solutions. Handle and solve issues to resolution, collaborating closely with other team members and third parties and ensuring end user is kept up to date. Liaise with external third-parties Assist with or lead projects and contribute to multi-functional location-based projects. To provide support ensuring audio-visual hardware remains operational and available Build and maintain relationships with other areas of the business and external third parties (Service Providers & Suppliers). Willingness to travel to SJP Locations on ad-hoc occasions for face to face support or location specific project work Special Requirements: While no formal qualifications are required to be successful demonstrable knowledge and/or experience in the below will hold a distinct advantage Experience administering and supporting IT systems Experience using ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) Microsoft product suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Demonstrate a keen interest in IT support
