Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual to join the Surgical services care group. The team supports a number of clinicians working across Plastics and Breast directorate. This is a key integral role providing guidance; support and direction to the clerical officers within the team to enable the department to deliver excellent patient care. The post holder will oversee the patient administration processes, continually developing these in line with Trust policy and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. We're looking for someone able to engage with their team to achieve results and develop new ways of working. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills as they will be required to liaise with the Clinical Team, Senior Managers and colleagues across the organisation. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, initiative, the ability to effectively prioritise their workload and be pro- active in their approach to provide a comprehensive out-patient and trauma service.
