An exciting opportunity arisen, a temporary role for 12 months, within the integrated Community Hubs,. As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be instrumental in developing and promoting excellence in customer services within the North Lincolnshire integrated hub models.
You will have the confidence to lead a team and develop a customer focused culture within the hub setting. You will need the ability to engage with customers regularly to understand what they need and to influence developments and continuous improvements to the service. The integrated model will require you to work closely with both internal and external partners daily to ensure excellent customer experience.
