About The Role
We are excited to invite applications for a dynamic Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead our innovative digital marketing initiatives. This role demands creative thinking, strategic planning, and meticulous execution across various digital channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, driving brand awareness, and delivering impactful digital campaigns for a diverse range of clients.
Responsibilities
1. Plan, manage, and report on digital marketing campaigns, focusing on channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Spotify.
2. Collaborate with the Senior Digital Account Manager to onboard and manage new accounts across multiple platforms.
3. Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals, fostering their growth and development.
4. Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate innovative strategies into campaigns.
6. Conduct competitor research to inform campaign strategies and support new business proposals.
7. Report campaign and website performance to clients and senior team members, ensuring transparency and alignment.
8. Build strong relationships with clients, providing reassurance and regular updates on campaign performance and opportunities.
9. Service existing clients to drive revenue growth while onboarding and establishing relationships with new clients.
Requirements
1. A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
2. Proven experience planning and managing campaigns on Google and Meta platforms; experience with other platforms is a plus (training can be provided).
3. Google and Meta advertising certifications are desirable but not essential.
4. Strong time-management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
5. Solid understanding of advertising and media principles.
6. Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and recommend improvements.
7. A strong work ethic, passion for digital marketing, and a commitment to continuous learning.
