Hours: Full Time, Term Time Only (38 Weeks)
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of student support by raising aspirations and performance and helping to build ambition, confidence and resilience in young people at New College Bradford.
As a Study Support Tutor, you will provide a high standard of support to individual students, assisting them with their specific care and educational needs. You will help develop high-quality, personalised support plans for high needs students, helping to remove barriers and enabling students to achieve.
Confidentiality, flexibility and a supportive and empathetic approach to students are key skills required in this role in order to provide a high standard of support to students. You will also have knowledge, understanding and experience of working with young people in a similar environment and must be willing to undertake further training relevant to the post.

New College Bradford is a 16-19 free school which opened in September 2019, with approximately 1500 students.
