£45,819 - £57,954 plus exceptional pension and annual leave

Role Overview
The Senior Facilities Manager will oversee the delivery of responsive, professional, cost-effective services across Campus Facilities, including Security, Campus Support, Cleaning, Gardens and Grounds Maintenance, Post, and related contracts such as Car Parking, Security, and Waste Management.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage Facilities Services, ensuring high professional standards.
2. Oversee daily operational teams and outsourced contracts.
3. Develop and implement service plans and improvement initiatives aligned with the University’s strategic goals.
4. Ensure effective security processes and delivery mechanisms.
5. Manage budgets, identify cost risks and efficiencies, and ensure value for money.
6. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
