Establish and lead the People & Culture Service Centre, driving excellence in service delivery and ensuring a seamless employee experience. Provide strategic oversight for employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring smooth onboarding, promotions, terminations, and compliance-related processes. Use data and analytics to drive insights, improve decision-making, and optimise service delivery. Identify and implement improved ways of working, ensuring payroll and advisory services are efficient, responsive, and aligned with best practice. Champion continuous improvement, streamlining processes to enhance accuracy, speed, and effectiveness. Build a culture of customer excellence, ensuring employees and managers receive timely, high-quality support. Lead and mentor a team of payroll and advisory professionals, developing capability and fostering a high-performance culture. About you You are a strategic leader with expertise in payroll, service delivery, and process optimisation. You bring: Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers, ensuring data-driven decision-making. A customer-first approach, ensuring seamless and efficient employee experiences. Proven experience in service delivery and process improvement, with a deep understanding of service catalogues. Ability to optimise ways of working, streamlining operations and driving efficiencies across UWA. Leadership experience, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
