Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Business Development Representative will support the growth of our innovative mobile software apps platform, and help drive their introduction into new markets and sectors.
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Development Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while fostering long-term client relationships. This mid-level role demands a combination of strategic thinking, customer engagement, and effective sales execution to meet revenue targets and drive company growth.
In this role, you will engage with warm leads—customers who have already shown interest in our product—and share our passion for promoting better quality and service delivery. As a trusted brand ambassador, you will build strong relationships with our customers, championing our mission and values.

And as a Business Development Representative with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…
* Prospect and Identify Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients through market analysis, networking, and outreach.
* Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Develop Sales Strategies: Work with the sales and marketing teams to design and implement sales strategies to target specific markets and achieve growth objectives.
* Manage the Sales Cycle: Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
* Achieve Revenue Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
* Collaborate with Teams: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts and ensure both client and internal company satisfaction.
* Track and Report: Maintain accurate records in CRM software, track sales activity, and provide regular reports to management on progress and performance.
What does it take?
If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Business Development Representative, you’ll need…
* 1–2 years of sales or lead generation experience, preferably in a B2B technology or software environment.
* Hands-on experience with sales techniques, including cold calling and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce).
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
* Positive attitude with a proactive, team-player mindset.
