This post is suited to a senior nurse with significant experience of caring for patients with life limiting illnesses who possesses proven expertise in holistic assessment, palliative symptom management and advanced communication. You will be a key member of the rapid response team, working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team both in the hospice and externally, fostering strong links whilst working across Royal Trinity Hospices community catchment area supporting patients with urgent and complex specialist palliative care needs wherever they call home.
