We work with some of the UK’s most interesting brands and we’re looking for a Business Lead, Account Director or a Senior Account Manager with strong retail (Grocer/FMCG) experience to come and join us. Armbands optional.
The Part You’ll Play as Business Lead/Account Director…
As Business Lead, you will be working with one of our most high-profile accounts, steering national marketing campaigns for one of the biggest retail brands in the UK.
Your role is pivotal in shaping and executing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to work with a top-tier client, and make a substantial impact on the brand’s national presence.
Specifically, responsibilities will include:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for our leading grocer client, fostering strong, strategic relationships.
* Oversee the execution of innovative, multi-channel marketing strategies that align with the client's objectives and drive brand engagement.
* Lead and mentor a dedicated team of account managers and executives, ensuring seamless campaign delivery and professional growth.
* Manage and optimise campaign budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
* Analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to continually enhance effectiveness.
* Work closely with creative, media, and digital teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.
As a Account Director/Business Lead You’ll Bring…
* Strong understanding of the retail/grocery sector and experience leading national campaigns.
* Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and develop innovative strategies.
* Proven experience in managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
* A deep commitment to client satisfaction and relationship building.
