We are seeking to recruit a Medical Staffing Workforce Advisor to deliver an efficient and effective recruitment and advisory service for the Medical Staffing team supporting the wider organisation.
The post holder will be responsible for providing expert advice to all stakeholders and customers.
Providing professional administration support for the Consultant Recruitment process, the post holder will offer expert advice and support during the Advisory Appointment Committee (AAC) for the Trust.
Main duties of the job
1. The post holder will be expected to provide an expert recruitment service to appointment managers, Chief Medical Officer, and panel members.
2. Co-ordinate AAC dates with the Executive Assistant to the CEO and all divisional clinical leads and directors.
3. Provide up-to-date advice on all medical terms and conditions of service and support managers with guidance where required.
4. This post sits within the Medical Staffing team that manages the recruitment and advisory for all Consultant appointments; there will also be requirements to support the service during medical staffing projects.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* oCIPD or equivalent level of knowledge.
* oEvidence of continued professional development.
* oMember of CIPD.
* oMember of NAMPS.
Experience
* oExperience of recruiting senior members of staff.
* oExperience of providing professional advice to senior stakeholders.
* oPrevious experience of providing complex Medical Workforce advice.
* oAdvanced knowledge of ESR and TRAC.
Technical Skills
* oComputer literate with experience of working with Microsoft Office packages.
* oAdvanced keyboard skills.
