As our Marketplace Operations Assistant you’ll support the operations of the Marketplace Operations team, ensuring efficient, timely and accurate provision of Product Information flow to Partners & other internal external stakeholders. Ensuring output and transfer of product Data and Imagery to our 3rd Party partners is accurate, efficient and follows critical path timelines, including approved marketing imagery for launches. From this, updating the wider departments weekly on launch for all 3rd Party partners (Stores and .com), communicating any delays and actions required internally and externally. This role is offered as a full time, temporary role for a period of up to 12 months to cover Family Leave, and is based in Cornwall. In our blended approach to hybrid working, we expect our people to work a minimum of 40% of their week from a Seasalt Office in Cornwall, the remaining 60% of the time will be from home (or your chosen location – however, you must be based in the UK)' You'll Help Us By Product Information Provision (“Live” partners) Developing an understand of what product and imagery information Seasalt have in our systems that 3rd party partners can utilise, working with key stakeholders to ensure this is maintained and any additions are added once signed off. Providing product data to partners (including to 3PL partners), in line with their individual requirements/ customisations, to timing agreed with partners and internal teams. Ensuring that data is accurate, and maintained when changes are made to assortments or products. Escalating data quality/availability issues to internal teams, as required, to ensure that all data is available to partners. Product Information Flow (New Partners) Working with the Marketplace Operations Team Leader, establish the data requirements of new partners, and develop Seasalt’s capability to provide this. Partner monitoring Monitoring the websites of partners to understand what items are live, and check that all descriptions/data are as expected. Communicate observations to the colleagues in Channel Merchandising and Partner Account Management teams Communication Building strong links with internal 3rd Party partner team and internal departments, who are part of the product data and imagery cycle - photography, merch, marketing and buying. Also, links with external 3rd Party partner teams as required.
