We are looking for a warranty administrator to join our team, taking responsibility for day-to-day Warranty administration duties. The Role: To ensure all costs are collated and actioned in a prompt and efficient manner To ensure all relevant board reports are produced monthly To ensure all cost related queries are handled daily in a prompt and efficient manner Arrange flights, hotels, car hire etc required within Parts & Service travel needs To update and maintain the fleet list with vehicles entering/exiting standard and extended warranty periods Reconcile warranty parts cost of sales Run weekly defect reports Invoice any repair work carried out in the body shop The Requirements: 5 x GCSE's (or equivalent) including English and Maths to grade C or above.
