Your new role
Reporting into an excellent COO, you will lead a high-performing and well-established finance team in all areas of financial, management, and statutory reporting. Indirectly, you will also lead the transactional and Payroll functions whilst meeting all regulatory deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be CCAB Qualified and have proven experience in Charities, Not-for-Profit, or Education. You will have some level of financial management experience, and this may be your first step up to Head of Finance level. The organisation prides itself on its ability to develop and maximise the full potential of its teams, and there is a pathway to progress further in the team.
