I am recruiting for a Registered Manager for a large Nursing Residential and Dementia Care Home in Cardiff.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
1. Overall running of the Nursing home including standards, quality of care, recruitment, and training.
2. Managing budgets.
3. Staff appraisals, meetings, and disciplinaries.
4. Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
5. Build strong relationships.
6. Ensuring company policies are followed and adhered to.
Requirements:
1. 1+ Years' experience managing within a Nursing Home setting.
2. NVQ Level 4 or 5 in management.
3. Experience working with the Elderly and Dementia patients.
4. Managing budgets.
5. Clinical skills.
6. Ability to manage teams, improve services, quality, and performance.
7. Staff appraisals, meetings, and disciplinaries.
8. Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
9. To ensure CIW and company policies are followed and adhered to.
