You'll bring your energy, expertise, and leadership to 14 stunning pubs and inns across the South. No two days are the same – and that’s just how you like it.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes food, thrives in high-energy environments, and wants to make a real impact at ground level while building toward a leadership future.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Be the Ops Hero – Step in where needed to keep service smooth, standards high, and teams thriving.
* Lead from the Front – Whether it’s on the pass or mentoring FOH, your presence will elevate performance.
* Train, Motivate & Uplift – Coach FOH teams to deliver memorable guest experiences and stellar food.
* Uphold Top Standards – Food safety, cleanliness, service, and operational excellence – you’ll own it.
* Partner with GMs – Collaborate closely with venue leaders to drive commercial results and seamless day-to-day ops.
* Jump into Action – Be the ultimate support during peak periods, staff gaps, and exciting new openings.

What You Bring to the Table:
* Previous leadership experience in kitchens, pubs, or hospitality operations
* Strong grasp of BOH & FOH operations, with a sharp eye for service standards
* A natural leader who inspires trust, teamwork, and top performance
* Financial smarts – confident with P&L, stock, scheduling & compliance
* Commercial instinct – you know how to spot opportunities and drive results
* Calm under pressure with solid problem-solving and people skills
* Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Legal right to work in the UK
