I am currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced teaching assistant for a long-term role within a mainstream primary school. The position involves supporting a pupil who requires dedicated support in class and throughout the school day. The primary focus of this role is to keep them engaged during sessions and to support them in avoiding failing exams or being disrupted within lessons.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Strong behaviour management skills.
2. Experience working with SEND students, particularly those with challenging behaviour.
3. A flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the student.
