What does the day of a Housekeeper look like?
Our Housekeeper will ensure our homes are maintained to the highest standards and that our residents are provided with a safe and comfortable environment to live in:
* Lead and supervise the domestic and laundry teams to ensure the home meets the highest standards of hospitality and cleanliness at all times.
* Maintain and clean resident rooms, communal and staff areas as well as toilets and bathrooms.
* To conduct regular checks, inspections and audits in accordance with law, regulations and Company policy.
* Understand and comply with health and safety, COSHH and infection control requirements.
* Ensure all equipment used is in full working order.
* Develop a positive relationship with all residents, staff and visitors by becoming an important member of the team
