The Role
The Global Head of Marketing will be responsible for shaping and executing a bold, data-driven marketing strategy to accelerate customer demand, engagement, and sales across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role will lead a high-performing team, ensuring the brand continues to captivate global audiences and remain at the forefront of the luxury market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a global marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial growth.
2. Lead performance marketing, CRM, paid media, social, influencer partnerships, and EDM campaigns to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
3. Oversee retail and experiential marketing, including international store launches, exclusive activations, and high-impact brand collaborations.
4. Leverage data-driven insights to enhance marketing investment, maximize ROI, and drive sustained global expansion.
5. Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and innovation.
Experience & Skills
1. 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally within luxury, fashion, or high-growth retail.
2. A proven track record in driving global brand growth through omni-channel strategies.
3. Strong expertise in performance marketing, digital acquisition, and customer lifecycle strategies.
4. Experience in market expansion and new market entry, with a deep understanding of regional marketing nuances.
5. A data-driven and commercially minded approach, with the ability to translate insights into impactful campaigns.
