We are currently recruiting…. A Sign Maker (Signs and Graphics Department) within Highways Services at Lancashire County Council. Scope of work The Signs and Graphics Department (Sign Shop) is responsible for the design, fabrication, and production of signage throughout Lancashire. The team delivers all aspects of highway related signage - alongside a design, fabrication, production, and installation service for both internal and external customers for bespoke signage works. What we are looking for… We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sign Maker to work alongside a small team of skilled and semi-skilled personnel, engaged in the delivery of signage works throughout Lancashire. You will have a proven background in the design and production of signage and will have experience of dealing with customers and the interpretation of technical specifications. You will be experienced in graphic design software, vinyl applications, and will be computer literate in Microsoft Office packages.
