Essential Criteria
1. Educated to O-level /GCSE level A* - C in English and Maths or NVQ level 2 or equivalent experience
2. Skills to manage challenging situations

Essential Criteria
1. Experience working in a health or social care setting
2. Experience of developing programmes of care for individuals or groups and providing advice
Desirable Criteria
1. Previous experience of working with children, young people, and their families

1. Able to evaluate data and produce reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
2. Experience of using electronic patient/service user record systems
